Discover
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their everyday operations to understand what makes their business tick.
We map the people, systems, data, and decisions involved so the technical plan reflects how the business actually operates.
Once the discovery work is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and, more importantly, a budget.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap defines the product scope, integration points, delivery milestones, and the risks we need to manage early.
Each client is assigned a key account manager to keep lines of communication open and make progress easy to follow. They work with the development team to keep decisions moving and make sure the system stays aligned with the business goal.
We share working software early, gather feedback in context, and refine the implementation before the project becomes expensive to change.
LiveHop was so regular with their progress updates we almost began to think they had become part of our team.
Deliver
As we prepare for launch, we validate the system against real workflows and finalize any changes in requirements.
We focus on reliability, observability, and handoff so the progress made during the build phase can be sustained after launch.
We ensure that the product is fully functional at launch, with documentation, monitoring, and a clear plan for ongoing maintenance.
